Returns/Refunds: I do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges on jewellery items unless they arrive damaged or defective. All sales are final.
Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that your jewellery item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order via the contact form on the website. I will provide instructions on how to return the item for a replacement or refund.
