At KitKnackCo, I want to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for my customers. Please review my shipping policy below:

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-4 business days after payment confirmation, including weekends and holidays.

Domestic Shipping (within Singapore): I offer domestic shipping to addresses within Singapore via Smartpac (SGD2.50 flat, complimentary for orders above $40 locally). It will take 1-2 working days for your tracked order to arrive in your mailbox.

International Shipping: I also offer tracked airmail shipping to select countries charged at SGD15 flat. Please note that international shipping may incur additional fees such as customs duties, taxes, and import charges, which are the responsibility of the buyer. 

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Delivery Estimates: Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping method, and carrier delays. While the shipping company makes every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, they cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Shipping Restrictions: Certain items may be subject to shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or destination regulations. I will notify you if any restrictions apply to your order.

Incomplete or Incorrect Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid delivery delays or returns. I am not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
